AI Video Translator

AI Video Translator

Translate a video into another language online. Upload a clip, pick the language, and the AI transcribes the speech, translates it and dubs it back in a voice modeled on the original speaker. Choose Pro to re-sync the speaker's lips to the new language as well.

A video only reaches the people who understand its language. Translating it used to take a transcriber, a translator, a voice actor and an editor to put the new audio back in time with the picture. This AI video translator does the whole chain automatically. You upload a clip and choose a target language, and the model listens to the speech, writes down what is said, translates it, and generates a new voice track in the target language that follows the timing of the original and is modeled on the original speaker's voice. With Standard, the new audio replaces the old one and the picture is left untouched. With Pro, the speaker's lips are also re-synced to the new words, which matters when someone is talking to the camera. Either way you get the same video speaking another language. It detects the source language on its own, so you can translate a video to English from almost any language, or take an English video into Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic and more. Creators use it to reach viewers in other countries, teachers and trainers to reuse a lesson for another audience, businesses to localize product demos and ads, and anyone who simply wants to understand a clip. Everything runs in the browser and the price follows the length of the video.

Frequently asked questions

How do I translate a video?

Upload the video, pick the language you want, confirm you have the right to use it, and generate. You get the same video with the speech translated and dubbed.

Is this AI video translator free?

There is a free tier and no credit card is needed to try it. The cost depends on the length of the video and is shown before you start.

Can I translate a video to English?

Yes. English is one of the target languages, and the language spoken in your video is detected automatically.

Which languages are supported?

33 target languages in each version. Standard: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Turkish, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Greek, Czech, Slovak, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Ukrainian, Malay, Filipino, Tagalog, Tamil. Pro has Thai and Hebrew in place of Norwegian and Tagalog.

Does it keep the original voice?

The new voice track is generated to sound like the original speaker and follows the original timing. It will not be identical, but it is not a generic stock voice.

Does it change the lip movements?

With Pro, yes: the speaker's lips are re-synced to the translated speech. Standard replaces only the audio and leaves the picture as it was.

What is the difference between Standard and Pro?

Standard translates and re-voices the speech and is the cheaper, faster option. Pro does the same and also re-syncs the lips, which looks right when a person is talking to the camera.

Does it add subtitles?

No. This tool dubs the video. To get the words as text, use AI Speech to Text.

How long can the video be?

Up to 2 minutes. Shorter clips are faster and cost less.

How accurate is the translation?

It handles everyday speech well. Names, technical terms and wordplay can be translated imperfectly, so review important videos.

Can I translate a video of someone else?

Only translate videos you own or have permission to use, and do not present a dubbed video as something the person actually said in that language.

Good to know

Lip sync is in Pro — Standard translates the voice only, so the mouth still moves to the original words. Choose Pro when the speaker is on camera.

Pro needs a visible speaker — Lip sync works best with one clearly visible, well-lit face. It takes a few minutes and costs more than Standard.

Clear speech works best — Loud music, noise or several people talking at once make the transcription and the translation less accurate.

No subtitles — This tool replaces the voice. It does not add captions to the picture.

Check important translations — Machine translation can miss names, jargon and jokes. Review the result before using it for anything official.

You need permission — Before generating you confirm that you have the right to use the video and the voices in it.
